Abstract

The article discusses methods for defining the concept of entrepreneurial activity, tools for creating a favorable social climate in the country. The main theoretical concepts of Schumpeter's predecessors about entrepreneurship, which underlie his concept, are investigated. Schumpeter's views on entrepreneurship based on the introduction of innovations are outlined.
