Abstract

This article is devoted to the archaeological monument of Kaliyatepa, which is interpreted as the ancient place of the city of Jizzakh, the history of its study and the unique aspects of the ruins of the city. The unique history of the city monument of Kaliyatepa was explained based on the analysis of the data collected as a result of the existing written sources and archaeological research conducted over many years
