Abstract

The article analyzes the specific features of the investigation in the fight against it, the high degree of concealment of serious and very serious crimes in the world, law enforcement agencies in the investigation, the detection of staged crimes, its causes; the issues of classification of criminal instigation and determination of the origin of instigating crimes, knowing its causes are given special attention. The concluding part of the article contains recommendations for the investigation of criminal instigation.
