Physical education and sports are the basis for a healthy lifestyle for people, the health of the nation as a whole. Social networks and relationships are now accelerating rapidly. We are all participants in different legal relationships and this is where the principle of socialization comes into play. Legal relations are social relations regulated by law. Legal regulation is the process of giving authority, obligation, responsibility to the participants of social relations, as well as the implementation of these powers, tasks, responsibilities, making the participants subjects of legal relations.
