Abstract

This article describes the structural shifts in the economic sectors of the regions and their impact on the formation of stable economic growth. The reasons for the need for structural modernizationof the regional economy and the need for a strategy of structural shifts aimed at smoothing socio-economic differences in the regions of the country are highlighted.
