Abstract

In this article, conclusions have been drawn regarding the New Uzbekistan reforms, the tasks assigned to the civil courts, innovations in the handling of civil court cases, the emergence and implementation of new and modern procedural institutions, problems in this regard, solutions proposed, theoretical rules, and practical and scientific significance.
