Abstract

How to classify crimes, how many different forms they should take, has always been the subject of debate in criminal law. Most importantly, the essence of the crimes, the most important features should be reflected in their classification. In such a situation, it is necessary to study the interrelationships that allow to distinguish a certain category of crimes.
